Vung Tau is a Vietnamese restaurant known for its homemade sauces and authentic flavors. Originally opened in 1985, it has been serving Vietnamese cuisine at its Downtown San Jose location on East Santa Clara Street since 1987, expanding from a twelve-table eatery to a 150-seat restaurant.
